Steven E. Nolan, MD is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon practicing sports medicine with an office in Sugar Land, Texas. Dedicated to his patients and his community for over 20 years, Dr. Steven Nolan has been named as the best orthopedic surgeon in the Fort Bend Sun and featured in three of H Texas Magazine’s “Top Doc” issues. Dr. Nolan began his medical career with an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin before receiving his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Throughout this time, he completed an internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at Scott and White Memorial Hospital. He then completed a sports medicine fellowship with a focus on reconstructive surgery of the knee under R.G. Stone, MD.
In addition to being certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, Dr. Nolan is now a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Nolan’s other achievements include serving as the chief of staff and on the board of directors at Memorial Hermann Fort Bend Medical Center. His coworkers also voted him the best surgeon at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital in 2009. Dr. Nolan is now committed to offering orthopedic surgery and sports medicine services that are tailored to the needs of his patients.
